Our resources have managed numerous instances of Microsoft Project Server, including the establishment of requirements; coordination of installation by IT system and storage administrators; all aspects of user training; and definition of reports. Creative approaches were used to sell Project Server as an enterprise solutions for resource management, perhaps the most challenging and difficult part of this type of initiative. We have managed the implementation of four different instances of Microsoft SharePoint, including requirements definition for both departmental and organizational sites, as well as sites supporting Project Management Offices. User training was included in these projects. Enterprise readiness and cultural education was within scope for three of these initiatives, ensuring that organizational buy-in was obtained.
We have overseen three different implementations of BMC Remedy for ITSM. Not only did these projects include the integration of processes into the Remedy system, but also the initial definition of ITSM processes for multiple organizations. One project included the integration of project management processes - using Project Server and SharePoint - with all service management processes using Remedy. The creation or refinement of business rules was required in each project, as well as the definition of alerts and reports needed for facilitation of ITSM processes. Our resources are certified in ITSM in order to fully understand your business requirements.
